The Spaso House is a listed Neoclassical revival architectural piece, home to the U.S. Ambassador stationed in Moscow, Russia. In the early 1990's, request for proposals issued by the U.S. Department of Overseas Building Operations prompted Team Cosmo to gain interest in renovating the building in Moscow.
After award, Cosmopolitan was contracted to renovate and upgrade the existing HVAC system. During the process of HVAC system renovation, then president George Bush was scheduled to stay at the ambassador's residence, causing a halt in construction. Despite this, Cosmopolitan was still able to complete the project two months ahead of schedule.
The project was begun in November, 1992 and completed in January, 1993.
