The project was a complete renovation of mechanical, architectural, and electrical work within the U.S. Embassy in Warsaw. A majority of the project required replacements of both interior and exterior building layouts which required timely scheduling and completion of project.
Specific items Cosmopolitan addressed was a complete replacement of the HVAC system as well as the rehabilitation of the electrical system in order to support this new HVAC system. Exterior facades were repaired and cleaned, including the windows and roof screen. The restrooms were also renovated. Finally, Team Cosmo supervised the construction of two new fire stair towers, which contributed to the fire safety credibility of the building.
The project was begun in December 2000 and completed November 2002.
