This project owned by the Europe District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers was an effort to install seven shelters in Haifa, Israel. begun in May 2009, this project was completed by Team Cosmo in less than an year by March 2010.
The majority of the work involved was the planning and prefabrication of the shelters' concrete structure. Being that the shelters were only planned to be a single story, prefabrication would be the most efficient method of construction. Other work included earth work, installing foundation, assembly, masonry, and electrical work.
