Looking for an Office/Project Administrator to be main Point of Contact with Customers and Vendors.
Desired experience for applicants includes:
-Scheduling (Knowledge of MS Project Planner or Primavera P6 is a plus)
-Excellent written/verbal communication skills
-Proficient in Adobe Pro and MS Office Suite
Candidates will be able to wear multiple hats and juggle simultaneous responsibilities, submit invoices/pay requests to Customers, prepare Purchase Orders for Vendors, arrange meetings in person or by teleconference, order office supplies, compose official correspondence, create templates, estimate project costs, write/review contracts and subcontracts, support senior management, and interview candidates for other positions.
